My real estate practice has focused on land use, zoning, and development law. I began my career as a municipal attorney. I represent clients in a variety of sectors with recent emphasis in industrial and logistics and in the reuse/redevelopment of underused properties. We collaborate through every phase – from site evaluation and acquisition to entitlements and permits. I counsel clients in the creation and implementation of legal and practical strategies for securing favorable municipal entitlements.
Prior experience as Senior Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP and as an associate at Quarles & Brady LLP.
Former Chairman, Highland Park Housing Commission.
